HortPlus MetWatch software users can import data from virtually any weather station or logger into a MetWatch file using the File | Load menu item and then pasting the data into the MetWatch file. The only catch is that the data must be correctly formatted - and this usually requires you to re-format the data from the logger's native format. HortPlus Quick Measure Temperature LoggersThe Quick Measure Temperature Loggers are a very cost-effective system for acquiring large amounts of data. Many users want to import the temperature data from the files created by the Quick Measure loggers into a MetWatch file in order to use MetWatch's features for calculating and graphing Growing Degree Days and Winter Chilling. The easiest way to import the data is to use the "paste" function in MetWatch; hower, this requires the data to be in a specific format. This utility program will convert the temperature file into the correct format and send it to a MetWatch file. Download the compressed file, then unzip it to a temporary folder (but do try to remember where you unzipped it to!) and run the program using Start | Run and selecting Setup.exe from the temporary folder. >> Download Logger-to-MetWatch Utility as a zip file Escort LoggersUse this Excel template to convert from Escort data logger files for importing to MetWatch. >> Download Excel template for Escort Loggers
