Some users running Windows NT, Win2000, or WinME may experience problems when first running MetWatch and/or the Forecast Retrieval System. Contact HortPlus technical support, and if requested by them, use the link below to download a copy of the two files Sec32BDE.dll and Secure32.dll to your C:\hortplus\apps\MetWatch folder.
It is also worth doing a check of your computer to ensure you are not running multiple copies of the Sec32BDE.dll or Secure32.dll. Use Start | Find | Files or Folders to search (WinNT users will use Start | Search...). Be careful about the spelling as there are other DLLs with similar spellings!
