The scientific programme will consist of invited papers, oral papers, poster papers and workshops. The Symposium will cover all aspects of kiwifruit science and management including::
The scientific committee will review all abstracts to assess the suitability for inclusion in the programme and will notify submitters by 30 September 2005.
All abstracts must be submitted via the secure online service. Faxed submissions will not be accepted. The title of your
proposed paper is required by

April 2005. Your full abstract is required by 31 August 2005, see below for instructions on formatting and submitting your full abstract. You will be asked to stipulate a preference for an oral or poster presentation. However, the Programme Committee reserves the right to allocate abstracts for either oral presentation or poster sessions. All accepted abstracts will be published on the kiwi2006 website. Publication on the website and inclusion in the programme requires registration and payment of the appropriate registration fee by the presenting author no later than 6 January, 2006. Presentation times for papers will be 20 minutes (15 minutes talk, 5 minutes questions). All posters will be on display during the Symposium.

Please retain this e-mail. It will include the following information:
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact the Symposium Secretariat at: kiwi2006@tcc.co.nz. Once the upload of your Word document is complete, you may view a pdf of your abstract on-line for proofing or have it e-mailed to you. If you are not satisfied with the document, you may upload it again. It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the abstract is supplied in full and the pdf file of the abstract has been checked.
