Block bookings have been made at the  hotel and motel listed below and special rates (all inclusive of New Zealand Government Goods and Services Tax) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates.  Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.

Making a Reservation

Bookings should be made on the registration form before 20 January 2006.  After that date we cannot promise that rooms will be available.  To secure your reservation payment of one night's room rate by cheque is required, or you may supply your credit card details to guarantee the booking.  Please indicate your first and second choices of accommodation on the registration form.

Changing your Reservation

Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

Canceling your Reservation

If you cancel your accommodation booking before 20 January 2006 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full.  After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel/motel.

Early Access

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
