Registration Process:

There are three ways to register:

  1. Online: Register online using a credit card via the conference web site located at www.kiwi2006.com (secure transmission facilities provided).

  2. By fax: +64 9 360 1242  for payments with the completed registration form.

  3. By mail: Complete the registration form and return it along with payment to the conference organiser:

Payment can be made by a personal cheque drawn on a New Zealand bank, a New Zealand dollar bank draft, both made payable to Kiwi2006, or by Visa or Mastercard

NOTE: To qualify for the early-bird registration fee, your registration form and payment must be received by 31 August 2005. A late fee applies for registrations received after 30 November, 2005 (6 January, 2006 for presenting authors).

Registration Confirmation: You will be sent a notice acknowledging your registration within 72 hours.

Special Needs: Participants with special needs can register these in the appropriate section of the registration form.

 

Refund Policy

Requests for registrations refunds will be honored if a written notification of cancellation is received by the conference organiser on or before 30th November 2005. A $100.00 processing fee will be deducted from all registration refunds. We regret that no refunds will be possible for cancellations after this date.
