- Location
- Interactions with us
- Billing or purchase information

- Authenticate your account and provide secure access to our services
- Provide digital weather services and tools, including sending reports and information to you
- Contact users and undertake billing and administrative tasks
- Help improve our products and services

- With your explicit consent
Data Storage & Protection: We store your data in a secure database and only allow authorised staff members to access it.
Data Retention and Deletion:
- We retain your personal information while your MetWatch account is active
- Upon deactivating your MetWatch account, your Google Account data will be retained indefinitely by HortPlus for business analytics purposes.
Google User Data Policy:
- Data Use: We use your Google account information solely to authenticate your identity and provide you access to our services. We do not use this information for any other purpose.
- Data Sharing: Your Google account information is not shared with any third parties and is only used for authentication purposes within our application.
- Data Storage: Google account data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff for authentication purposes.
- Data Retention: We retain Google account information only while your account remains active and for authentication purposes.
How to delete your data:
